Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to request the publication of an advertisement in your newspaper regarding a room available for rent in my apartment.

My apartment is located in a quiet and safe area, close to public transport, shops, and educational institutions. It is a well-furnished flat with modern facilities such as Wi-Fi, 24-hour electricity, clean water supply, and a shared kitchen. The room I am offering is spacious, well-ventilated, and fully furnished, making it suitable for a student.

I would prefer a responsible and respectful student as a tenant who maintains cleanliness and follows basic house rules. It would be better if the tenant is non-smoker and can live in a friendly environment.

I would like the advertisement to be published in the upcoming weekend edition. I am willing to pay the fee through bank transfer or any other method that is convenient for your office.
