I am writing to complain about my unsatisfactory experience with my recent stay in your hotel last week.
I book a room in prior from 15th to 17th June 2025, as I was attending a conference near your hotel on 16th June 2025. Upon arrival on the evening of June 15th, I was informed by the receptionist that my reserved room, number 300 on the 3rd floor, was occupied by a VIP family.
As an alternative, I was given with room 303, where a family had just vacated. The room was below my expectations and unclean. Furthermore, I experienced frequent power shutdowns where I was unable to sleep well throughout the night. Hence, my stay was quite unpleasant.
I recommend the hotel manager to ensure that rooms booked in advance are available upon customer’s arrival. I would also suggest the manager to ensure their facilities are cleaned and maintained properly by their employees through frequent supervision.
I would appreciate it if you could address this complaint at your earliest convenience.
