Dear Sir or Madam.

I am writing to suggest some improvements at your hotel in Canada.

I recently stayed at your establishment for three nights from 23rd to 26th September. The booking was made through yout website, and the confirmation number was 7879BN. It was a deluxe room with all advanced amenities, and the room number was 68. The reason for stay was that I had to attend the international conference that was held at your place.

However, I would like to say that Indian cuisines should be included in the menu. This is because your hotel is frequently visited by Indians, and the restaurant only serves local food items. Consequently, this causes significant inconvenience to the guests due to unusual food. Therefore, improving menu can address this problem, and foster visitors’ satisfaction.

I would appreciate it if owner could install wifi network because some rooms do not have adequte internet connectivity. Moreover, the parking space is insufficient, which also causes the traffic-related problems. Addressing both these issues can improve a guests’ staying experience.
