I am writing this letter to provide my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I had a perfect experience, and I would like to say something about your staff. I appreciate the nice welcome and effort of your staff.
Firstly, the check-in process was smooth, and your reception staff welcomed us warmly. The welcoming drink and cookie were very delicious. Moreover, my room was clean, and I was excited about the breathtaking view from my room. In addition, I really enjoyed the buffets because they had a variety of dishes, and the quality and taste of the food were also excellent.
However, I believe there are a few improvements that need to be made. The heating unit was noisy, and it affected my sleep, and the hot water system took time to heat the water. Moreover, the Wi-Fi connection inside my room was quite slow, which created some difficulty for my work.
I would like to suggest a number of changes that I think would make the hotel better for future guests. The stable connection of the Wi-Fi system would be very helpful, and a hot water system requires regular maintenance. Lastly, I think it would be better to conduct regular maintenance of the heating units to avoid noise issues.
