Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at Green House Hotel a few days ago.

It has been my three times staying at your hotel and still makes me satisfied. Firstly, I would like to express my satisfaction about the facilities I gained such as fast-bandwidth Wi-Fi, a peaceful surrounding, and a great service from the staff members. It is drawn me to take another chance to stay at your hotel.

I would also like to say especially for one of your staff members who helped me with warmth and he is your front office desk staff. He was not only friendly but he also gave me some information related to cuisine since I have several issues with it. Because of his information, I could maintain my health during my stay there.

However, I encountered an issue that quite set me off. The seats in the lobby area is not adequate enough to hold few people. Since I love sitting there with a group of friends, I would suggest you to add a number of chairs, so that we can enjoy our time together.
