I am writing this letter with the purpose of complaining about my recent stay at your hotel from 2nd February. Unfortunately, I faced several issues that detracted from my experience.
The first thing which should be mentioned is that the cleanliness of my room was unacceptable. Upon entering, I found that the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned, and there were also visible stains on the bedding.
Another point to keep in mind is that the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the noise from the hallway was quite disruptive during the night, making it difficult for me to get a good night’s sleep.
The problem was that these issues significantly impacted my enjoyment of the stay. Moreover, I had planned this visit to unwind and relax, but instead, I found myself feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. However, when I raised these concerns with the staff, their response was less than satisfactory, as they did not take immediate action to resolve the problems.
In addition to this, I believe that a hotel of your reputation should prioritize guest satisfaction. But instead of feeling valued as a customer, I felt neglected. Furthermore, I would like a full refund because the quality of my stay did not meet the standards advertised on your website.
