Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Shodiya Ollaberganova . I recently stayed at hotel during the holiday from Monday to Saturday. I am writing to bring your attention several issues that significantly impacted my experience during my stay.

I faced a lot of problems with room. Firstly, I noticed that the poor room was not cleaned . There is dust on their furniture and broken equipment. Additionally , the staffs was unhelpful. I called your staffs for assistance with the cleanliness room, but I was met with unhelpful response and lack of urgency in resolving my issue. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure this does not happen again.

I affected dust you hotel room. I have a lot of problems with my health such as breathing difficulties and respiratory diseases. Therefore I decided to finish my vacation.

I would like to request refund my money and compensate the damage which affected my health, otherwise I willconsider legal action.
