Dear Sir or Madam,

I had a really wonderful stay at your hotel for two days last week.

The time I had at the Ramada hotel was relaxing and pleasant with the manager as well as the staff being utmost co-operative. Every question that I had along with the services were taken care of at all times.

I was engaged in water activities at the pool with my family when suddenly my little brother got hurt because of a sharp metal piece near the sun chair. Fortunately, the staff was alert regarding the situation and brought the first aid kit promptly. This helped tackle the situation and my sibling was feeling much better.

Thanking the staff felt less for what they did, so I also wrote an intriguing review on Google Reviews explaining how well organised the staff is. Moreover, I will be suggesting everyone in my acquaintance to come visit your hotel anytime they are in the city.
