Dear Madam,

I am writing this letter to you because I recently stayed in your hotel with my family last month. And I want to express my sincere gratitude to you and all the hotel staff for your kindness and positive energy.

I remember two episodes that is important to talk:

My daughter had an excellent time at the swimming pool, and she really enjoyed the classes with the instructor. My daughter was afraid of the water, but the tutor was patient and kind to her. Therefore, she learned how to swim, and not only that, but she is also willing to have more classes in Santiago.

Another excellent memory that we have is when you help me to prepare the celebration of my wedding anniversary in the Sushi Restaurant. I really appreciate all the effort of the staff; without them me and my wife could not have had the best time of our lives.

As you can note I am grateful to all of you, so I gave my review in Trip Advisor, and I scored you five stars in every category. I hope that my review helps you to have a congratulation from your boss.
