Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing regarding the memorable time I had during my stay at Ramada, while, I came over there for a volleyball tournament last week.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the manager and all the employees who were working over there at that time.

There were so many things which I liked personally during my stay at your hotel. First of all, the hot water pool was so relaxing and useful in winter. Secondly, the rooms were fully facilitated with all the services which one can ask for. Lastly, the room service was top-notch I will never forget it. Specifically, the kitchen staff who made my coffee even after kitchen was closed.

Additionally, I have also written a review on makemytrip.com and I have given your hotel 5 star ratings. As you know this website is one of the popular tourist sites. So your hotel can get more guests.
