Dear sir
I am writing to complaint about your hotel serves. I am not satisfied with this service.
The first reason I caught a cold uncomfortable I was delayed to my office due to the procrastination of your staff. Secondly, there is only one girl serving me. Tell the truth, the servnt girl very lazy and plodded. I suffered waiting for this servnt for my dining. I tell her bring exotic meals for me but she do very slowly my work .I know that New York is brimming with dining options, however I paid money for your hotel’s good service. Again, for one thing, my neighbor never turn off music, for another I hate rock music. They all ears only rock music.
I insist a full refund. You should be control your serve. Therefore, you should be careful about customer satisfaction and make sure they are working properly and responsibly.
Please don’t disregard my complaint. I ponder that you will solve the problem as soon as possible.
