Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Ali Ammar and I stayed at your hotel during a business trip in last week.

First of all, although the hotel is located in the Midtown, it’s incredibly noisy. During my stay in this hotel, I have talked to the receptionist several times, and they didn’t do anything. The noise was caused by both music and residents.

Secondly, I think that it’s a big dilemma because I couldn’t even make or receive calls from my clients or employers. Therefore, every time I wanted to make a phone call, I had to get out of the hotel.

Lastly, I hope that you could impose some rules and the staff have to be sure that everyone avoids making noise, and I mean by this visitors and the staff members.
