Dear Anant,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to bring to your attention an accident that I had when I was taking care of your flat. It was a normal day, when I was preparing fruit juice for myself and suddenly your pet pushed the juicer from the dining table. As a result, it stopped working although there was no damage sign on its body.

Last Sunday, I was in a hurry and I overlooked the cat, who was playing near the juicer. Therefore, it was my mistake, and I am extremely sorry for the damage. However, I hope it can be repaired with the help of an expert electrician.

I would appreciate it if you could arrange for its repairing, as I did not have enough time because of my busy schedules. Alternatively, you can raise a complaint to the manufacturer, I hope that would be the best approach to get it rectified, because they often send their service engineers to the registered address to ensure hassle-free services. If it does involve any cost, let me know. I will pay for it.
