Hi Chris,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to apologize for the damage I did to your house during my stay. It’s my responsibility to take care of your house while you are enjoying your trip to Mexico. I accidentally broke your television in your absence.

This morning, when I was making tea for myself, I was enjoying folk songs simultaneously. At this point, my cell phone rang, when I pick the call. I place my teacup on the television. Besides me, my cat was playing, of what I had no clue. Furthermore, when I turned back, I spilled, and my tea dropped on the TV. Then I did clean everything and trying to start the TV but unfortunately that doesn’t work.

I have already connected with some local electricians and technicians. They said that it could start working when we changed their parts, but it took 3-4 days to fix that. I hope this will be fixed before you come. Once again, I am sorry for your loss. I hope you accept my apology, and I promise if this issue is not solved then I compensate you by buying a new TV.
