I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the taxi service which was recommended by your company. I am really disappointed because I have not received any reply to my previous complaint.
Last Monday, I ordered a taxi to go to an important meeting. I gave my address and we started the journey. However, the driver behaved in an unacceptable way. During the journey, he used his phone, spoke very noisily, and spoke to me rudely.
Furthermore, he not only took me to the wrong address, but also forced me to pay more than the correct fare. As a result, I refused to pay and took another taxi instead.
I hope you will take action to prevent this from happening again. I would also like to recommend that you train your staff to behave in a polite manner towards customers.
