I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had with your taxi service on 24.05.2025. The driver behaved in an unacceptable manner, which led to a frustrating and uncomfortable journey.

During the ride, the driver was rude and unprofessional, making inappropriate comments that made me fell unsafe. Additionally, the vehicle was in poor condition, which added to my discomfort. I have tried to reach out to your company to address this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.

I believe it is important for your company to ensure that all driver adhere to a standard of professionalism and respect. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action. Furthermore, I would like to receive a response regarding how you plan to address this situation.
