I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your taxi service, which I used recently. I contacted your company after the incident; however, I have not received any reply so far.
On March 15th (Friday), I had an important meeting with senior managers of my company. I ordered a taxi through your service and sent my address to the driver. According to my phone, the taxi was supposed to arrive at 3:15 p.m., while my meeting started at 4:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the driver arrived four minutes late.
When the taxi arrived, I noticed that the car was very dirty, and the driver was smoking inside the vehicle. This situation made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about the quality of your service.
During the journey, the driver behaved in an unprofessional manner. He was rude, ignored my requests, and talked on the phone while driving. Moreover, he drove dangerously and lost his way, which resulted in taking me to the wrong location. As there were only ten minutes left before my meeting, this situation caused me a great deal of stress.
When I explained my situation to the driver, he behaved carelessly and demanded the fare rudely, without apologising. As a result, I had to leave the taxi and take another one. After this unpleasant experience, I submitted a complaint to your company, but my complaint was not addressed.
I strongly recommend that you improve your drivers’ behaviour, customer service skills, and the technical condition and cleanliness of your vehicles. I also expect an apology and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and stress I experienced.
