Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you to leave my feedback about company’s service which i used 3 days ago.

The service was very helpful in my moving situation. It was nice to see a well trained team which arrived on time (9 am as requisted). The furniture movement process did not take long. And here i would like to highlight the employee named Jim Brown, the chief of the team, who explained to me that due to the fact that my furniture is heavy and contain a lot of items, it would take some time for transporting it from 15th floor of my previous flat to the vehicle. The carefulness, with which the team was transporting my possessions, showed me the high professionalism in the company.

However, I would like to raise my concerns about the service’s booking system. From the customer’s point of view, the website is too complicated. Furthermore, the call centre was not willingly helpful.
