Dear Manager,
I am writing to bring to your attention the incorrect information I received from your Tourist Information Centre during my recent visit to your country. Unfortunately, the details provided severely impacted my travel experience.
I had sought guidance regarding popular tourist attractions, specifically their locations and entry fees. Regrettably, I found that the information given was completely inaccurate. The locations were mixed up, and the prices quoted were significantly higher than what I encountered in reality. As a result, I ended up spending much more than anticipated.
I reached out to your helpline, where an operator kindly took my details, including my phone number, email address, and an electronic copy of my passport. I also shared my primary purpose for visiting the country. Within five minutes, I received a comprehensive tour guide via email, which I followed diligently. However, due to the errors in the guide, I ended up at the wrong places and missed out on key attractions. Additionally, I got lost on two occasions, which incurred unexpected costs totaling 750 pounds. Thankfully, my friend was able to assist me, but the experience was frustrating nonetheless.
I hope you will take steps to rectify these issues and ensure that future visitors receive accurate information. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Kind regards,
Josh Morris
