I am writing this letter to highlight the problems, I have been facing in the local community center.
I took membership for gym, yoga, library and swimming center. However, I am unhappy with gym and swimming pool services.
Since I started, I have to wait for 30 minutes to use any equipment’s in the gym and this is affecting my daily work schedule. I am missing my urgent meetings at work. Also, the water in the swimming pool is not being changed regularly, because I noticed dust particles in the water as they are acting on my health.
To improve the services, I would like to make some recommendations such as installing more equipment’s in the gym to avoid the long waiting. Additionally, to eradicate the chance of cross contamination in the swimming pool, the water must be changed everyday and pools should be sanitized.
