Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my experience during the visit at your museum. While I had a great moment, few things disappointed me.

It was amazing to see all the real parts of Titanic boat. I had never imagined that I would get the opportunity to visit the place which have a popular story behind. Moreover, the spoons, plates and boots that people were able to fetch it from deep ocean was remarkable.

Nevertheless, as much as I enjoyed watching the items that were displayed, I struggled to understand the details about it that were mentioned on the history book. There were some words that were very unique, sentences were vast. Fortunately, I carried my mobile phone with me through which I was able to gain the meanings out of the book.

I would like to suggest that, it would be beneficial if the books are revised and the details are written in a common form that anyone could easily understand. In addition, adding handful pictures on those information can make people differentiate what part of the item is the book speaking about. I believe this would be very effective as this will assist you in attracting more international tourists like me and enhance your business as well.
