Dear Sir or Madam,
I had a chance to visit our town’s famous Arts and Cultural museum last Sunday. Although, I was intrigued to see culturally significant artefacts and learn about the history of our place, but after looking at deteriorating condition of the paintings on the top floor I was disappointed. So, I asked your staff about this mismanagement, and did not get any satisfactory response. Therefore, I decided to write this letter directly to the higher authority.
Firstly, the rich war history of our region is well preserved by the weapons and armours kept in the museum, and one can get a better understanding of our heritage just by looking at them. Furthermore, they represent our will to stay connected to our heritage, and it gives strong message to our youth. Additionally, your team had done an excellent job in maintain these treasures of our history, and I cannot thank you enough for this work.
On the other hand, there are some issues regarding the condition of the famous paintings kept on the higher floor, which are suffering damage due to dampened walls and leaky roofs in the rainy season. Additionally, the damage done to them is permanent, and has impacted the longevity of these precious pieces of history, this is heartbreaking for all the citizens of our town who are closely connected to our history and culture.
So, I kindly request you to solve these problems as soon as possible, so that our significant art and cultural paintings can be kept is better condition for the future generation to admire.
