Dear Mr. Smith,
On 12th December, I attended a play at your theatre and I had a small incident there. I am writing this letter to thank you for all the support that I received.
During the play, I was going for a washroom break and close to the stage I fell down and sprained my ankle. The electric cables in that area were spread all over and because of dark, I could not see them and thus got entangled and the accident happened.
However, the nearby staff noticed me and immediately came to my rescue. They helped me to get up, took me to the emergency room, gave me first aid and made sure that I was okay as the ambulance arrived. I was really impressed and happy by the assistance and care I received. I would like you to thank everyone on my behalf.
Although I was fortunate to escape a major injury, I would recomend to have better lighting on the floor and tidy management of instruments such and cords and cables to prevent such incidents in future.
Kind Regards
Paul
