Dear sir or madam

I am writing this letter with the intention of volunteering to help run a charity event. I am very enthusiastic about this program, therefore i sent this letter the day after seeing the recruitment advertisement in the newspaper.

I really like this event because it is very useful to helping people and at the same time it can be a place to build relationships. If we also involve young people it can help to develop their sense of empathy and caring.

Some time ago, I also participated in several humanitarian activities organized by the campus and related agencies. I helped find partners to collaborated and created the schedule of events.

I would suggest to inviting several well-known figures who actively participate in charity events like this will certainly have a very positive impact. I can help contact them if needed. I’d be happy to help if there is an opportunity.
