Overall, the island was transformed from a natural, undeveloped area into a tourist facility with accommodation, restaurants, and transport infrastructure.

Before the development, the island was mostly empty, with only a few palm trees and a beach located on the western side. There were no buildings, roads, or facilities for visitors, and the island was completely surrounded by sea.

After the development, significant changes can be seen. A reception area was built near the centre of the island, along with a restaurant and several accommodation units, which are connected by footpaths. A pier was also constructed on the southern coast to allow boats to dock. In addition, a vehicle track was added to improve transportation around the island.

The natural environment was partly preserved, but many trees were removed to make space for tourist facilities. However, some palm trees still remain in different areas of the island.
