The attendance for sports venues was 175K in 2009 which was minimum for any entertainment venue. The attendance was almost doubled for theme parks, whereas cinemas had ground breaking attendance of more than a million.
The average admission cost for football games (AFL, NRL, and NRU) was highest i.e $73 for a person or $290 for whole family. The ticket price for theme parks was just below i.e $70 per head and $210 for family. The prices for basketball and cricket tickets were $34 and $24 respectively. For family the prices were $135 and $80 respectively.The admission price for cinema was the lowest i.e $15 per head or $55 for a family ticket.
