How are doing? I hope you are fine.

Yesterday I received your message and you told me that you have changed a schoool, and you are still hastruggling to fit in,don’t worry about that,when I was in secondary schools i had the same problem. and tried to find sssssome measures which helped me to go out for these situations and after a short period of time I started to find results. I just want to share with you.

.Try to find friends this will help you to be with others and exchange ideas and to build a friendship environment which is very important in order to not be in isolement and get more information about school and your studies.

.you can join the clubs like ;english club, sports,.In order to participate in school activities also will have a positive effect on your studies, when you prefer a sport will be fantastic for your health by reduce stress but also to prevent problem caused by lack of exercises such as blood pressure,high blood sugar.
