The given line graph illustrate the changes in categories and amount of fast food consumed by Australian teenagers from the years 1975 to 2000. Most remarkable changes are the fall of fish and chips and the rise of Hamburgers and Pizza throughout the years.
The chart started with Fish and Chips on its peak at 100 times on 1975 while Pizza and Hamburgers started with less than 20 times. Following that, the amount of Hamburgers consumed increased dramatically to over 80 times at around 1985. However, the number of Pizza eaten per year gradually increased.
Fish and Chips on the other hand had slight flactuations and decreased steadily after around 1985. Moreover, the amount of times of consumed Fish and Chips intersected that of Hamburgers at over 80 times around 1985 and that of Pizza at over 60 times around 1990. The chart ended with Hamburgers being the most consumed at slightly over 100 times and Fish and Chips being the least consumed at slightly below 40. The amount of consumed Pizza, on the contrary, is stable through 1995 to 2000 at over 80 times.
