I am writing to you about a damaged phone I bought from your shop on 20thMarch, 2026.I express my problem to you because the product is in an unusable state.
I bought an iPhone 17 Pro Max from your Game complex store on the stated date. The phone is Orange in colour, having a stainless-steel body. It has a 1 Terabyte storage, with a ram of 12GB. I bought it at $1000 at a discount, which is $200 less from the original retail price

The problem that I am encountering is a glitch which is causing the phone to freeze and go black on normal use. This is happening when I open the camera and Instagram applications. I tried updating the software, as I assumed this to be the problem, but my action was to no avail.
To help me with the issue, I would be glad if you provide me with a replacement. According to your policy, there is a warranty for all products bought within 3 months, with provisions for a full refund or a replacement.
