Dear Sir/Madam,

Good morning, hope this email finds you well. I am Tamara Regine a marketing manager from poultry farm company. The biggest purpose for sending this email is i am very interesting to participate in your seminar and i need some of information regarding the dates, program, accomodation and cost.

On the advertising it is showed on Monday, 22 January 2026 at Newcastle hotel and the program will be have two day seperately with thirty minutes of break and fifteen minutes of tea break in one day also dinner for VIP members. we are wondering about the provide accomodation can we change it with our choice or we should stay in the accommodation provided because our flight will get there late and we have big concerns about check in late in the hotel. Also we would more appreciate if we get the details of seminar’s schedule so we can arrange our time perfectly. For the payment of seminar cost can we get the details of that, we will use Mastercard visa for overseas travel card and it will need details for payments.
