Dear Maria,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this regarding an information and advice that you requested me for spending two-week holiday in my region.

First of all, do not worry about the accommodation. I have already made an arrangement for your stay, as one of my house mates is going back home to visit his family.

Unfortunately, I am busy with my work so I would not be able to join you for the sightseeing. But I will make an itinerary that will give you directions of every location, including the buses routes and their timings.

Here the weather is unexpected right now, so I would suggest you to carry both winter and summer clothes with you. If you do not have an insulated parka, no need to buy new one, I have a spare jacket for you.
