Hope everything is going well with you.

This is Marc, and I am going to your colleage for studying next year. I want to knwo wether I could stay in your Hall of Hesidence.

First of all. For the accommodation, I perfer the single bed room. It will be great if the room has its own bethroom and living room, which will be my personal space for daily studying and discussion with my friends. There will be loads of homework or activities, so it is important having the place to carry on them.

Furthermore, may I know your food information that can be provided to me? I just need to take the information into account, Personanlly, the breakfest would be ok for some bread and milk, if it is available. Lunch and dinner can be solved in the college.

If there are some limition for the room and food, please feel free to let me know for the althernatives. So that I can make some arrangement inadvance.
