Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Sun, and I have enrolled in a degree course at your college, which is scheduled to start on May 22nd. I am writing to request accommodation in the college hall of residence for a few weeks.

I would appreciate it if you could arrange a private room with attached bathroom; however, if not possible, I can also share the room with another student. I am more than willing to pay any additional charges for accommodation.
