Dear Sir or madam,
I am writing as an incoming undergraduate to University College London next September studying Economics. I am writing to request accomodation in the college Hall of Residence alongside my accomodation outline and dietary requirements. I would like to stay in the college Hall of Residence as it is closer to the campus than other accomodation. I will need a female only single room with ensuite bathroom, laundry services, and meal services. For shared ammenities, it would be great to have study rooms to study. I am generally a tidy and respectful individual, and will do my best to ensure my living space is well-maintained.
For my meal services, I have specific dietary needs as I am lactose intolerant therefore need to avoid diary product. I would prefer a meal plan that can cater to this restriction, such as plant-based or allergy-sensitive meal plan. If a meal plan of such is not available, I would need access to kitchen to prepare my own meal. If you are unable to provide a room that meets my specific requirements, I would be grateful if you could inform me of the alternative options available. I would appreciate information on other room types, such as a shared room, or details on the availability of kitchen facilities in other residences.
Thank you for your time and consideration and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Amanda Wang
