Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to let you know that I am not happy with my current living condition. While the accommodation itself is really great, my roommate has become intolerable to live with which is making it impossible for me to focus on my work and studies. I hope that you will help me solve this situation favorably.

Let me explain my situation. The issue started three months ago when my roommate moved in. Prior to that, everything was fine; my old housemate was extremely considerate. My new roommate plays incessantly loud music and stays up almost all night and I am unable to sleep most nights. Hence, this has caused me to lose focus on my studies and taken a toll on my health as well.

Would you kindly be able to transfer me or my roommate to a different accommodation? I would definitely prefer to live with someone who is quieter and more considerate of others quiet time. As long as they are quiet as well, I don’t mind who it is I live with.

Thank you for your consideration.

Yours Faithfully,

Nickita
