Dear Rose,
I hope you are doing well and had a good weekend. I’m writing this letter to apologize for the inconvenience you suffered due to loud noise from our house.
For the past few days we had some renovations done in our home. The guestroom and kitchen needed few refurnishing and the floor was damaged. So we decided to replace all the broken items. The work is still in progress.
I know the sound of machine is quite loud and uncomfortable. I feel terrible about it. I’m so sorry for not being able to inform you about the noise beforehand.
I promise you that I will solve this issue by any means. I will give instructions about lowering the volume. Moreover, I’m thinking to suggest the workers for bringing soundless equipments. I will address this issue as soon as possible.
I truly apologize for the inconvenience I caused. I hope you will understand.
Yours sincerely,
Jane Mathew
