Dear Mrs. and Mr. Smith,

Greetings of the day.

I hope this latter find your well.

With regard to the noice from our house yesterday, we do apologize about the convenience coused. Therefore, we would like to clarify that what is happening yesterday was, we were actually celebrating our 18th years daugther’s birthday with our entire family members.

The party celeberation was in inside our private studio rooms and started from 7.00 pm and finished at 11.00 pm. However, there reason why is too loudly is becouse we did not put some insutalion. But again I would promise you that it won’t be happened anymore.

And if it convenience you we would love to invite all of your family for having dinner with us tonight at 6.30 pm at our house.

I hope this is an acceptable and once again we do apologize about the convenience coused.

We all look forward to welcoming you at our beautiful house.
