Dear Neighbour,

Thank you for bringing this issue to me. I am terribly sorry for the troubling you in first place.

Since last week there is a water leakage in my house. So, yesterday i have brought in some workers to take a look at the issue causing the leak. They took a look and brought in some tools and heavy mechinaries to work on the issue. They had to cut through some walls and break some fixtures. That is the reason for the noise coming from my house.

I am planning to do some renovations in the upcoming days and i will request the workers to keep the noise level low and ask them if there is any other tool options which can reduce the sound. Alternatively, if it is fine by you, give me a time frame which you are okay with and i can ask the workers to keep the noisier activities during that time.
