Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inquire about room availability, pricing, and nearby attractions at your hotel for an upcoming weekend stay.

My family of five, including a two-year-old child, plans to arrive on the morning of Saturday, 10th December, and depart on Monday, 12th December. We would prefer two spacious, adjacent rooms on a higher floor with sea views. Given that we are traveling with a young child, we would appreciate a baby cot in one of the rooms. Additionally, we would prefer the rooms to be located in a quiet, non-smoking area.

I have reviewed the pricing on your website but would like to confirm whether weekend rates include any additional charges. Please provide a breakdown of the total cost, including taxes and any applicable fees.
