The line chart illustrates the consumption of three types of fast food among the teenagers of Australia in a 15 year period starting from 1975 to 2000.
At first glance, it can be depicted from the graph that the demand for pizzas and hamburgers drastically increased throughout the period while in case of fish and chips, it gradually decreased by the end of the year 2000.
To begin with, in 1975 around 10 times per year hamburgers were consumed. After that it rose sharply till 1995 to 100 times and remained consistent until 2000. While in case of pizzas it started around 5% and dramatically increased to just over 80% in the year 1995. However it remained stable until 2000.
Moreover, the fish and chips were the highest in 1975 at around 100 times but in 1980 it moderately reduced by approximately 20 times. After that it gradually fell till 2000 as the number stood little under 40%.
