With a quick glimpse, three major features have been highlighted when comparing the two maps, including the changes of the area’s purpose, the establishment of new infrastructure, and the extension of main roads in the town.
First, the factories which surround the main roads will be replaced with housing. Namely, the industrial area will be transformed into a residential one. Second, according to the changing purpose of this area, different kinds of infrastructure will be built to accommodate the need of the residents, which includes shops, a medical center, a playground, and a school, forming a well-functioning neighborhood. Third, it could be easily spotted that the main roads will extend to a greater extent, connecting the area across the river, which is entirely a farmland now.
