Overall, the service provided by TNT initially was very minimal compared to the delivery service offered by the FedEX and by the end of 2000 TNT underwent a dramatic change and to over took the FedEx mail company.
From 1920 to 1960 , TNT showed a gradual increase in mail service by 5000 to almost around 12000 and latter witnessed to a slight drop and slight rose in the years 1970 and 1980 respectively. From there the service rocketed to around 22500 in the year 1990 followed by a minimal increase of almost 25000 in the end of the year 2000.
On the other hand, FedEx were the leading company during the years of 1920 to 1940 and then suddenly dropped to around 12500 in the year 1950 followed by a minimal decline and latter rose to almost 18000 and was some how able to maintaine the level till 2000
