The line graph above shows the number of parcels delivered by Federal Express and TNT Mail Services during the 1920 and 2000.
Overall we can see a very volatile behaviour fom Federal Express, as it fluctuated from start to end, however, TNT has its increases and decreases but experiences a general growth.
Federal Express started with 15000 delivers during the 1920s, and during the next two decades it surged, going from 15000 to nearly 25000, reaching its peak, but after that upward trend it suddently plummeted, from 1940 to 1950 it suffered a difference of more than 12000 delivers, after this it leveled off and remained constant for the next decade, with 12000 delivers aproximately, therefore, it started to climb dramatically, adding 10000 delivers, nevertheless after this it had a gradual and steadily growth, and in 1980 it leveled off again.
On the other hand, TNT mail services started in 1920 with barely 5000, but it had an upward trend, growing steadily the next years, however, in 1980, after experiencing a level off, it rocketed sharply, going from nearly 10000 to over 22000, and after this, in 1990, it continued growing but with a more gradual growth.
