The given map depicts three different sites A, B and C which are suggested for a new hypermarket in Pellington.
Overall, it is apparently evident that though sites B and C are located in the countryside, location A lies in the residential area giving it an additional benefit of attracting more customers.
On the one hand, although site B lies in the countryside and is in close proximity to a motorway, it is far away from the residential area making it
less accessible for customers. On the other hand, proposed location C, closer to residential area as well as industrial area, cannot be chosen as it has no road which help residents to go to the hypermarket easily.
In contrast to this, site A which is lying in the heart of residential area has an added advantage of close proximity to Hampford city (approximately 15 km apart) which has a population of around 30,000 people. Besides this, it can be the best preferred site as it is closer to airport and industrial area.
