The table gives information about how people estimated various services at Longston , Peveril and Marchbank centres.
Overall, it is clearly seen that Peveril centre performed the best service, while the patients of Longston centre were less satisfied with its service. On the whole, the evaluation on doctors’ service was rated with a higher mark at the hospitals.
As can be seen, the highest mark was given to response to concerns at Peveril centre with 9.6, whilst the lowest mark was 4.3 at Longston health center on this service. Another point is that doctors’ service was highly evaluated at all care centres.
If we look at pharmacy, the patients were less enjoyed with this service at these three healthcare centres. Longston service was not good at booking appointments owing to low mark with only 5.2, however Marchbank and Peveril did a better job, and got 7.8 and 9.1 respectively. Then, care of children at all centres was rated with an average mark.
