Dear Mr John,
I am writing to you with the aim of asking about my temporary movement to another office. I would like to spend my next six month working in the head office in Japan. My request is quite reasonable. As you know, my job demands logistics and management. Therefore, I could acquire useful knowledge from my colleagues in this country due to their high qualification and means distribution around the world.
There is no need to be concerned about my absence. My work will be divided into 3 part. The assistants will do all of them. In case of unforeseen situations I will do some additional tasks in Japan.
The sense of my letter is to ask for a contribution to it. I would appreciate if you could arrange six-month business trip for me and help with proper allocation of my work among workers. I hope to receive your response as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,
Maria Grey.
