The bar chart illustrates the distribution of employed people by job sector and gender in Australia last year.
Overall, the percentage of males is greater than that of females in most occupations, except for Clerical role, which had more females staff.
Starting with Tradespeople and Production jobs, which had a significant disparity between the two genders (within the range of 900 % and 600% with only 100 % of women respectively starting by men). In contrast with Clerical profession, which had nearly 1000 female workforce in comparison with male, it’s value reached over 800 % workers. There is contrast in perofessionals and semi-professionals, for the first one, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE CLOSE IN PERCENTAGE ,BUT it had higher proportion taken by females, (around 700 and 650 in order). For the second one, only arount 350 per cent women and over 500 per cent for men.
For the rest of the occupations, Managers and Labourers , the data reflects a similair ratio between 200% for female workforce and between thenrange of 400% to 600%.
