The diagram depicts the data about the production of ethaol, one kind of biofuel. The process is preented on different stages of manifacture.
Overall, this cycle for biofuel production involves three main stages: harvesting and preparing plant material for processing, producing ethanol by chemical processing, then using the fuel for transportation, before the cycle begins again.
According to detailed analysis, I can identify the sequence of ethanol production. At the first stage, the crops are grown with an abundant source of sunlight and carbon dioxide. This process is also known as “photosynthesis”. Even when the plants and trees are mature enough and reach an appropriate length and width, they are harvested and transported by machine. After being moved to another place, plant material is sliced into small pieces to form cellulose. This step is called pre-processing.
At the second stage, cellulose is taken to the factory where the “processing” stage occurs. Subsequently, sugars are extracted before the microbes are dded to form ethanol. It is worth noting that ethanol as a type of biofuel is widely used for various types of transport such as cars, planes and vans.
