The first stage is when workers collect them in a basket and clear them with cold water in a special washing machine. After the washing process, it moves through a belt conveyor and also via crusher machine to smash these olives and begin an oil extraction process.
In the stage after oil extraction, it is divided according to customer preferences whether they love olive stones or paste to eat, then it separates into bags with holes. Following this, it squizzes and moves via separator to the pure olive oil or to the olive water. The last stage is when ready products prepare for sale in supermarkets
