The diagram illustrates the process of manufacturing olive oil. Overall, the process consists of seven main stages, starting with taking olives and ending with storaging and selling in markets.

Firstly, olives which have been ripe are picked from the tree, then after picking, they are rinsed with cold water to clean from dusk, leaf, or other dirt. Next, olives start processed through crushing by traditional grinder and resulting olive paste and olive stones.

Following that, olive paste is put in a sack to prepare another process. After that, it is pressed by weights so it is hoped that it is separating between oil and water, and in the last stage the oil which has been got is going to storage and sell in stores.
